Purchased a 1,150-square-meter lot
We, eMission-X, have purchased a plot of land measuring 1,150 square meters near Kückenshagen.
Description of the new property
The town of Kückenshagen is located not far from the Saaler Bodden.
The property is largely covered with trees.
Approximately 100 square meters are still farmed by a third party.
We will restore this area to its natural state in March/April 2025.
Site Inspection
On March 24, 2024, we conducted a site visit of the property in Kückenshagen, parcel 116, cadastral district 1.
Using GPS, we surveyed the property’s boundaries and gained a current impression of the site.
During the survey, it was determined that part of the property is also being farmed by the neighboring farmer.
The tree population on the property was mapped, cataloged, and tagged.
The tree inventory will follow.
