The existing site is our starting point. Together with you, we assess current conditions and develop proposals for making your premises more nature-friendly.
Depending on the project, eMission-X can help select suitable plants, habitat features and nesting aids and support implementation.
Through our cooperation with Schwegler, suitable nesting aids and shelters for various native species can also be included in the plans.
Nature-friendly business premises are different from rewilding.
Making business premises more nature-friendly is not rewilding in the strict sense. The land remains in commercial use. Even so, additional habitats can be created and ecological features integrated into existing commercial sites.
On our own rewilding sites, we take a different approach: we buy natural areas in Germany, withdraw them permanently from commercial use and, after any necessary initial restoration, allow them to develop as naturally as possible.
