Please help us—or rather, help the hedgehogs
Dear children, dear city residents,
these are our little hedgehogs. They’re so cute to look at. Unfortunately, the hedgehogs aren’t doing well. Nearly 50% are malnourished and will likely have a hard time surviving the winter. That’s why the hedgehogs need our help now.
We just took in a female hedgehog from our garden for care; aside from the usual worm infestation, she also has a problem with one eye, and we had to take her to a special clinic in Hamburg today. Unfortunately, very few veterinarians are familiar with wild animals, and the rescue centers in the area are overcrowded.

The hedgehog with red coloring on its quills (we don’t know how the color got there) is our problem child.
