With family woodland, you support a specific natural area in Germany that is personally allocated to your family. You are warmly invited to visit your area and follow how it changes over the years.
Whether you want to explore together, take a break in nature or plan a special outdoor experience, please get in touch. We can also look into an overnight stay, depending on the site and applicable rules.
eMission-X remains the owner and looks after permanent protection. There is no commercial timber harvesting or intensive agriculture. Where initial restoration makes sense, we lend a hand first; nature then has as much freedom as possible.

We can plan a quiet picnic or other nature-friendly activities together. If you would like to camp or stay overnight, please ask us first. We can give our consent as landowner. Whether official permission is also required depends on the site and applicable rules. Nature conservation and consideration for wildlife and plants take priority.
No. Smaller parts can also be allocated personally to your family. The stated sizes refer to the entire property.
We will look together at which other eMission-X sites could be suitable for your family woodland.
The land remains owned by the non-profit eMission-X gGmbH, allowing us to protect natural development permanently. Your support is a one-off payment per square metre; it does not transfer land ownership.
